More about Katelyn

Katelyn founded College Options in 2007 because she is committed to helping students and families identify a personalized, good-fit college list that matches the student’s academic promise, preferences, social personality, and needs, while taking into account the family’s savings and college budget. Her Good Fit Formula has helped thousands of students (hers and the college consultants she teaches and mentors) successfully transition into college.

Prior to starting her college consulting work in 2004, she spent 12 years working at Bentley University, WPI, and Boston University (where she managed the university’s West Coast admissions office).

For 6 years, Katelyn provided college counseling services to students at Dynamy Internship Year, a gap year program in Worcester, MA, where she also developed curriculum and provided program support for Dynamy’s Youth Academy, an access-to-college program for Worcester-area students.

“Thank you again for all the support and guidance you’ve provided me throughout my college application process. I truly couldn’t have gotten through this process so efficiently without you, and am so thankful for all your help.”
